I am keen to make a successful creaer into Supply chain management.First of all I would like to thank you for creating this blog as this opens a new avenue for inquisitive aspirants like me to communicate with successful professionals like you.Over the years my experience has covered areas including Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Purchase, Procurement, Business Development, Market Research, Database /Knowledge Management, Compliance and Independently handling short term and medium term projects.Now I am doing Full time Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management. Peter makes an excellent point about the ISO 28000<a href="http://ynkzpubel.com"> prrgoam</a> design and it’s relation to mutual recognition. We shouldn’t reinvent the wheel but we should take a look at all the supply chain security<a href="http://ynkzpubel.com"> prrgoam</a>s in the US – C-TPAT, FAST, ISO, etc. – and build a model that takes the best of all these. Peter also states that the “one size fits all” formula on supply chain security is at odds with a risk based approach sought by the industry. That is an interesting comment that we’d like to get others feedback on are you looking for a risk-based approach to supply chain security? How many of you support the idea of mutual recognition between the US C-TPAT and other AEO<a href="http://ynkzpubel.com"> prrgoam</a>s? Would it be a benefit to your organization?
