I have also been using Osmosis. I don't notice any iidmmeate calming effects of my redness, but I've seen Dr. Johnson's video and it seems that the target is healing/mending. That process I imagine would take longer than just treating the symptoms. I hate the color of the Mend. It makes my face look darker and I get dirt like streaks and it's super sticky. So, I use my Pevonia products (they iidmmeately calm my redness) in the daytime, and I use the Osmosis at night when no one can see my face.
